9. Membership Plans and Subscriptions

Upon selecting a membership plan and completing the checkout process, you will be enrolled as a subscriber to Claim Guards via a paid membership. Membership plans are tiered, with varying benefits and fees. To cancel your membership, please visit our website. Memberships can be canceled at any time without notice.

10. Authorization to Charge Credit Card

By using the services provided by Claim Guards, you authorize Claim Guards to charge the credit card on file for the monthly membership fee associated with your selected plan. This authorization extends to all present and future membership fees. You agree that Claim Guards is authorized to charge the credit card on file for the full amount of any membership invoice or statement provided to you. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your membership through our online portal or by contacting Claim Guards. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the credit card information on file is accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate payment information may result in the suspension or termination of services.

11. Voucher Assistance Program

Claim Guards offers a voucher assistance program as a reward for completing specific tasks. Members may earn vouchers that cover auto insurance deductibles at participating repair shops. Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in accordance with program rules.

  • Earning Vouchers: Vouchers are earned through activities such as completing tutorials, participating in safe driving challenges, referring new members, or using partner repair shops for routine maintenance.

  • Voucher Usage: Vouchers can be applied directly to cover the member’s deductible up to the specified limit of their membership tier at participating repair shops.

  • Limits and Conditions: Voucher use is capped by value and frequency (e.g., up to $500 per year, once per year) and subject to the completion of qualifying tasks.

12. State Restrictions

Claim Guards is not available for sale in states where deductible reimbursement programs are prohibited by law. Our service is prohibited in the following states:

  • California

  • Florida

  • Georgia

  • Illinois

  • Massachusetts

  • New York

  • Texas

  • Utah

  • Washington

  • Wyoming

If you reside in any of these states, you are not eligible for Claim Guards membership. If you move to one of these states, you must notify Claim Guards immediately, and your membership will be canceled.

13. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for more information.

14. Termination of Service

Claim Guards reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities. Notice of such termination will be provided via email.

15. Distinction from Insurance

Claim Guards provides a service that offers financial assistance by covering auto insurance deductibles through vouchers earned by completing specific tasks. This service is not insurance and does not assume any financial risk associated with potential losses or damages. Our program is based on a subscription model with fixed monthly fees, distinct from insurance premiums that vary based on risk profiles.
